Other 3-socket runewords

Runewords form only in common bases: the client gates the whole scan on rarity 1. Order matters, the socket count must equal the recipe length exactly, and the sequence is never rotated.

Rune rarity is the base rate the client stores, shown the way the in-game journal presents it. Rune names are the ones this build of Hero Siege uses, which are not the Diablo II names they are often written with.
